Chemistry & Society introduces chemistry by offering a wide exposure to real world applications. It is accessible to students with little or no prior background in science. Students will view 24 lectures covering such topics as the atom; molecules; ionic compounds; the periodic table; chemical reactions; stoichiometry; organic chemistry; biomolecules; polymers; acids and bases; thermodynamics; electrochemistry (batteries), radioactivity, gases, and the role AI in chemistry.
