This one-hour training session prepares note-takers hired by the Office of Accessibility (OA):
  • to understand note-taking as a part of the services provided by the Center for Academic Excellence (CAE), 
  • to understand the responsibilities of an OA note-taker, 
  • to know how to scan and upload notes into Accommodate, and 
  • to know how complete the time sheet correctly in order to be paid in a timely manner. 
All note-takers hired for the 2019 Autumn or Fall terms must complete the new note-taker training session in Moodle, and all note-takers hired subsequently must renew their training annually.
